Throw a sea cocktail in boiling water and cook for several minutes. Over time, it is important not to overdo it, otherwise seafood will become harsh (especially squid). Therefore, five minutes will be more than enough.

Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips. Beat olive oil (1 tablespoon), mayonnaise (1 tablespoon) and 1-2 cloves of garlic squeezed through a press. It will be a cocktail dressing.

Discard the prepared sea cocktail in a colander, pour cold water over it, as you do with pasta, and mix with pepper. Sprinkle the mixture with lemon juice. Put lettuce leaves on the serving plates, lay the salad on top of them with a slide and pour each serving with dressing. On top decorate your sea cocktail with a slice of lemon or lime, red eggs and leaves of fresh herbs.

Such a salad also has variations. A more refined and hearty salad will be a cocktail salad with chicken, seafood and avocado. Seafood can either be boiled as in the previous version, or a little fry in a pan. Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips and fry until golden brown (you can simply boil it). Sea cocktail with rice is a nutritious and tasty dish that is perfect for a regular or romantic dinner, and as a hot meal on the festive table. Boil a glass of well-washed rice so that it turns out friable, i.e. take twice as much water (2 cups), and throw the groats not in cold water, but in boiling and salted water. You can also add a spoonful of olive oil.

Finely chop the onion head. Cut one carrot into thin strips or grate it in a special Korean carrot grater. Grind bell pepper in the form of straws, and pass two garlic cloves through a press.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and toss the onion with garlic. Pass a couple of minutes over medium heat. Now add the carrots and fry for another 5 minutes. Then comes the turn of bell pepper, as well as canned corn without liquid (3 tablespoons). Salt, pepper to taste, mix the contents of the pan. After another 5 minutes, pour in dry white wine (a quarter cup) and cook until it evaporates, that is, 3-4 minutes. Now put the finished rice, chopped fresh herbs and seafood (200 g) in a pan. Mix everything carefully, bring to a boil and cook for another 5 minutes.
