Cupcake with chocolate

To treat yourself to rich pastries, it is not necessary to visit the culinary departments, where it is much tastier and more pleasant to bake them with your own hands. Muffins, prepared at home, are much more aromatic and appetizing than purchased. They take a little time to prepare, and you will get great pleasure.

To prepare, take:

  • 200-250 grams of chocolate;
  • 200 grams of flour;
  • 100 grams of sugar;
  • 20 grams of baking powder;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 100 grams of margarine or butter;
  • vanillin.

Grind margarine (or butter) with vanilla and sugar. To the resulting mass, gradually add the eggs one at a time and mix well. Combine the flour, previously sifted, with baking powder and chocolate, which we grind into small pieces. It should turn out to be a thin dough, which we spread in a form about three quarters of the volume. A cupcake with chocolate is baked for about half an hour.

You will need:

  • 250 grams of flour;
  • 10 grams of baking powder;
  • 130 grams of butter;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 200g sugar
  • 100 grams of chocolate (preferably black)
  • 100 grams of milk;
  • 70 grams of cream;
  • 120 grams of Mascarpone;
  • 50ml coffee liquor ;
  • 20 grams of cocoa.

We start cooking. We select sugar from the total mass (one spoon), and the rest is thoroughly ground with oil. Gradually, one at a time, add to the resulting mass of eggs, sifted flour with baking powder, milk and knead the dough. We arrange it in small molds, put in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees. Let cool and carefully remove from the molds.

While baking cupcakes, we are engaged in the filling. Break the chocolate into pieces and put in a refractory container. To it add cream and a previously set aside spoonful of sugar. Melt the mixture in a water bath, stirring constantly to obtain a homogeneous mass. At the finished cupcakes, cut off the tops, which are sprayed with liquor. Distribute the chocolate cream evenly , put a little Mascarpone on top and cover with the chopped tops. Do not forget to sprinkle the chocolate muffin with cocoa powder. To prepare you need:

  • 2-3 bananas (depending on size);
  • 50 grams of rum;
  • 200 grams of sour cream or cream;
  • 250 grams of flour;
  • 150 grams of sugar, preferably brown;
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp cardamom;
  • 1 tsp cocoa;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 0.5 tsp soda.

Knead the bananas well with a fork into a homogeneous mass, mix with sour cream and rum.

Sift the flour, add cocoa, soda, cardamom and cinnamon and stir well. Beat sugar until dissolved with eggs, pour part of the flour mixture, mix. Next, add sour cream, bananas, the remaining flour mixture and knead until smooth. Form (best suited round with a hole in the middle, which allows the cake to bake well), grease with oil, pour dough into it and put in the oven for 40-50 minutes. A banana cupcake is moist, remarkably baked and very fragrant!

You will need:

  • 4 eggs;
  • 150 grams of sugar;
  • 50 grams of butter;
  • 200 grams of flour;
  • 10 grams of baking powder;
  • 50 grams of cocoa;
  • half a lemon;
  • 50 grams of walnuts.

Squirrels are separated from the yolks and placed in the refrigerator. Grind half of the taken volume of sugar with butter, gradually adding the yolks. To the resulting mass we attach chopped nuts, lemon, grated with zest, flour with baking powder and cocoa. Knead the dough well.
