And vegetables make dishes better digestible, light, mouth-watering. For example, "Shrimp under a fur coat." The salad is very simple, reminiscent of the famous “Herring under vegetables”, only the above-mentioned crustaceans are used instead of fish. The composition of the products is as follows: about half a kilogram of shrimp themselves (preferably king), 3 potatoes (large), 4 eggs, 3 carrots, 1-2 beets, a bunch of green onions. Boil vegetables in salted water without peeling. Hard-boiled eggs, and immediately cool under cold water, so that the shell is easily removed. To make it, you need: all the same shrimp (500 g), a jar of red caviar, a jar of seedless olives, several potatoes, greens for decoration. Seafood and potatoes are boiled, peeled. Grate vegetables, cut shrimp. From them make the first layer of the dish. Season with mayonnaise. Then potatoes, which sprinkle with pepper. Mayonnaise again. Throw the olives in a colander, let them drain. Cut lengthwise into halves and lay on top. After smearing, the shrimp turn comes again. But when they are already under mayonnaise, evenly distribute a layer of caviar. Sprinkle the salad with finely chopped greens or just stick a couple of sprigs of fresh parsley or small onions. green onions and mayonnaise. Peel a potato with 1 carrot and cut into small pieces. Add to them also chopped cucumbers, peas, onions, a little red pepper and a few shrimps. Add salt, flavor well with mayonnaise. Put the main part of seafood on a dish or in a salad bowl, lightly cover with mayonnaise. And top with a vegetable mixture, forming a hill. Cover its base with a second carrot, sliced in circles. And garnish with pepper rings. Let the dish also infuse somewhat before serving.
"Assorted" seafood
Well, lovers of fish delicacies can be pleased with such a
shrimp salad under a "fur coat". For it you will need: a jar of sprats, another one - other canned fish in oil, 200 g of boiled shrimp, a little smoked sausage and hard cheese, ham. As well as a hard-boiled egg, 2 potatoes, several pickled cucumbers, carrots, a couple of spoons of canned peas and small onions. Boil vegetables, peel, and finely chop together with cucumbers. Do the same with shrimp, fish, sausage, ham. Season these products with mayonnaise, mix, lay in an even layer on a dish. Add peas to vegetables, also season, add salt, put on seafood. Cut the egg in a circle, decorate the salad. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Beauty!
