If the country is planning an increase in wages, and, consequently, an increase in the level of well-being, this is a direct reason for a similar jump in prices for normal livelihoods. A similar problem affected the residents of the capital. Moscow light tariffs are growing every year, which gives rise to alternative solutions to the situation.

Much less costs are borne by residents with electric stoves. For them, the cost of a kilowatt of electricity in Moscow is only 3.2 rubles. If you divide the day into two zones, the nightly rate will be less than the ruble, and when divided into three zones, the half-peak time will cost 2.7 rubles.
New pricing policy
The question of how much a kilowatt of electricity costs in Moscow is complicated by the fact that a new social program is planned for 2014. According to studies, most consumers of electricity often use approximately the same amount. For overall savings, the price per kilowatt of electricity will be low to a certain threshold. But as soon as this limit is exhausted, the cost will immediately increase several times. The question arises: how beneficial is it for the population?

If earlier the inhabitants of our country perceived the word "share" as a synonym for a limited amount of food, now it is becoming applicable to electricity. In 2014, in accordance with the aforementioned project, a limit of electricity consumption will be determined for each apartment, equal to approximately 70 kW. How much is a kilowatt of electricity in Moscow, taking into account such a system? Thanks to this project, the price per kilowatt will decrease. However, as soon as the limit is exhausted, the benefit in the eyes of the consumer will drop sharply. When exceeding 70 kilowatts, the light does not turn off, but the cost of kW / h increases by approximately 30-35%. In the future, the prospect is considered that when this limited resource is exhausted, further kilowatts will jump in price by 2 or even 3 times. This is due to the fact that previously excessive energy consumption by ordinary individuals was covered by large enterprises. Now, the new project brings with it some justice, equalizing the parties in their rights.

With the actual adoption of a new law designed to limit energy consumption by every resident of the country, many families will have to start saving. As a result, the question immediately arises of the constant energy costs for the operation of elevators, lighting of entrances. How much a kilowatt of electricity costs in Moscow with a new project can be calculated taking into account an increase of 30%: for example, at a rate of 3.5 rubles after the limit has been reached, the cost will reach about 4.7 rubles. Thus, having bought an expensive air conditioner, the consumer will not save, but, on the contrary, will lose - if he works continuously - a lot of money. Moreover, even electric kettles will become a kind of luxury with the "surging electric soldering".
In fact, about a third of the entire limit will go to simple energy costs for a refrigerator. It is not worthwhile to discuss the problem that the weakest air conditioner will destroy it in 45 hours. Any slow cooker or microwave will also bring you closer to the doorstep of kilowatts. Citizens who use light to the best of their ability (say, not spending days and nights at the TV screen) can sleep peacefully. But lovers of fashionable and expensive gadgets will pay exorbitantly for them.
How realistic is the introduction of the new law? At the moment, it is under consideration by a number of executive bodies, but it is quite possible that for many it will seem rational, and therefore it will be introduced from the end of 2014.
Thus, electricity in Moscow, as in other cities of the Russian Federation, is not cheap. At the most ordinary tariff, it is about 4.5 rubles per kilowatt. As part of the new legislative program, alternative payment options for electricity across the country are being considered.
