Despite the fact that the average duration of pregnancy is from 38 to 40 weeks, it is possible that childbirth can begin much earlier, because many children are born at 32 weeks of gestation. Therefore, do not wait for the last days to begin preparing for childbirth. It is much more convenient to be prepared in advance for this significant event in your life than to rush around the house at the time of fights, remembering what to take to the hospital for childbirth, to strain, get nervous and panic. Given all of the above, you need to start the preparatory process at 31 weeks of gestation.
What you need to take to the hospital for childbirth?
Of course, this issue is of most interest to primiparous mothers. After all, everything is again for them, and they, as a rule, are the most nervous and worried. Of course, all familiar women, especially mothers and mother-in-law, try to advise the future mother with advice, support and help. Nevertheless, it is worthwhile to consult with your doctor about everything, as well as to cope in the medical institution in which you are going to give birth, what to take to the maternity hospital? After all, each such institution has its own rules; what is permitted in one may be prohibited in the other. This primarily applies to bedding and hygiene products, as well as food. Nevertheless, in almost all maternity wards there is a common list for all clinics, which indicates what you need to take with you to the maternity hospital.
