This dish has many variations (depending on the ingredients). This can be beets, liver, seafood, chicken and many other components. To begin, consider a royal salad with beets. It looks beautiful on any table, only it is better to serve it without stirring.

Ingredients:

  • beets (fresh) - 1 pc.;
  • Peking cabbage or white cabbage - the fourth part;
  • potatoes - 2 tubers;
  • carrots (fresh) - 1 pc.;
  • onions - half the head;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt;
  • vegetable oil.

Royal salad on the table is served in a large dish. Each ingredient is laid out in a slide, in the center of the salad bowl you need to put mayonnaise.

First, take the carrots, wash, clean and three on a grater. Then we do the same with beets.

To prepare a royal seafood salad, we take a deep and wide plate. First, boil the squid (three minutes, no longer, otherwise the product will become rubber). Next, cut them into rings, add the finished shrimp.

Hard-boiled egg is wiped on a grater and add onions, sliced ​​in half rings or small rectangles. Then we dress the salad with mayonnaise and mix well. Then it can be refrigerated to cool slightly.
