If you have already been involved in baking, you can try another recipe. Moreover, bread made from spelled flour is easily baked even in a conventional oven.

  1. 300 grams of flour are sifted with a spoon of salt.
  2. A spoonful of milk powder, two tablespoons of brown sugar and a spoonful of dried yeast are added to the mixture.
  3. After mixing, an incomplete glass of warm water is poured.
  4. The dough is first mixed with a wooden spoon, and then with your hands until it stops sticking to the bowl.
  5. The lump is laid out on a flour-sprinkled board and kneading a dozen minutes until soft elasticity.
  6. The container is lubricated with oil, a dough ball is laid out in it, drawn in with a film and hides in the bottom of the refrigerator at night.
  7. In the morning, the dough is kneaded into a rectangle according to the size of the form, again wrapped with a film and left in the form for half an hour. After the film is removed, the mold is smeared, the dough is returned to the mold and put in the oven.

The best test of an unfamiliar flour is an attempt to bake pancakes from it. If they succeed, it can be safely used in any baking. For pancakes made from spelled flour, we are absolutely calm: they turn out airy, and even with a tempting nutty smell. The dough is prepared simply. 150 grams of spelled flour is sifted into a bowl - that's about two-thirds of a glass. A glass of kefir and half a glass of milk plus two egg yolks and a bit of salt are poured into the hole. The dough is processed with a mixer until the lumps are completely eliminated and left to “rest” for a quarter of an hour. Pancakes are baked in a completely standard way. And there are tastier ones, spread with jam, curled into a tube and dabbed with powdered sugar.

If you have children, they will surely like this dessert. And adults will not refuse a piece or two of tea. Cooking does not take much time, and the pleasures are the sea.

First, the dough is prepared: a 70-gram piece of oil is rubbed on a coarse grater and mixed with a third spoonful of soda and flour. Naturally, spelled flour, about half a glass. The final consistency resembles breadcrumbs.
