Crab stick salad - it's delicious!

If we talk about the culinary discoveries of our people, which have become popular and loved not only in the vastness of their native country, but also in foreign countries, we can say with confidence that Russian cuisine is no less authoritative than, for example, Japanese or French. Among our famous dishes there are okroshka, cabbage soup, pancakes, dumplings, and among salads, oddly enough, there is Olivier, without which it is impossible to imagine a festive table. But recently, Olivier salad has been competing seriously with another salad that is not difficult to prepare - from crab sticks. Now it is also an integral part of the Russian feast. Almost every young or already experienced hostess prepares this salad and knows at least a few of its options. We will share a little secret about how to cook a salad with crab sticks according to his usual, uncomplicated recipe or add something of your own to the ingredients. Such a creative approach will give you the opportunity to make a salad of crab sticks tasty and original according to your own cooking recipe. You can add boiled rice and cucumbers to it, both fresh and lightly salted or salted (you will notice how the shade of taste changes), hard cheese and bell pepper. Perhaps you will come up with something of your own, and this will become your culinary secret. But we will tell you how to make a salad of crab sticks with its usual food composition.

So, what do we need to cook it: crab meat or sticks, chicken eggs, a jar of corn and onions, mayonnaise and greens: parsley, dill, celery or something else that you choose.

And now we will describe the simple process of cooking this dish.

First you need to prepare the products. Take crab meat and chop it finely. We put it in a deep cup or pan, so that later it is not difficult to mix the salad. While we cut crab meat or sticks, you can boil a few eggs. The amount you determine yourself, depending on how many servings you expect. After the eggs are boiled, they are cooled with cold water, cleaned and also finely chopped. Add the second ingredient to the crabs.

Then we open a jar of corn, carefully pour the liquid and pour the grains into a bowl with chopped eggs and crab meat.

Cut the onion into small pieces and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

And that was all we needed for the dish. Now we thoroughly mix all the components and put in the refrigerator for a little cooling. After 10 - 15 minutes, the salad can be seasoned with mayonnaise or sour cream, mix, salt and transfer to a beautiful plate. We decorate the salad of crab sticks with herbs and serve.

For those who want to stand out a little with the originality of the salad ingredients, we offer one of the options - a salad of crab sticks and beans. Its taste will be slightly different. Even the smallest supplement from products that are not part of the usual salad composition will make the taste unusual and interesting.

It uses all the same ingredients as in a regular crab salad: eggs, onions, crabs, a jar of canned corn, herbs and mayonnaise. Of the new products, only red canned beans are added. So, let's start the cooking process. Boil the eggs and chop them finely, just finely chop the onion onion. Mix everything into a homogeneous mass. Add the juice exempted from corn and finely chopped crab meat. Mix. Beans must also be freed from the liquid, rinse with water and add to the rest of the prepared ingredients.
