Cranberries have long been famous for their unique beneficial properties and a high content of various vitamins and minerals. The berry has been successfully used in cooking. Especially delicious is a cranberry pie. The recipe for its preparation is quite simple.

To prepare the pie, we need: half a kilogram of cranberries, half a kilogram of high-quality flour, a glass of granulated sugar, 300 milliliters of milk, a glass of apple jam, ground crackers, vegetable oil, a bag of yeast, a bag of vanillin and salt.
Preparation: dissolve the yeast in a little warm milk so that there are no lumps and add sugar. As soon as the yeast becomes active and bubbles appear on the surface, add 40 grams of vegetable oil, flour and salt to taste. We pour as much flour as the dough can take. After this, knead the resulting dough, cover with a clean cloth and put it in a warm place so that it fits.
As soon as our dough is ready, we separate the fourth part from it, we will need it for making a net for a pie with cranberries. The recipe for the design of the pie can be any, at your discretion and imagination.
We roll out the rest of the dough and put it on a baking sheet. On top of the dough, put the jam, mixed with breadcrumbs, and evenly distribute it. Then spread the cranberries and sprinkle it with sugar. From the separated piece of dough we roll out the flagella, of which we make the sides and the net at the edges. Lubricate the surface of the cake with milk and set the oven to bake at 200 degrees. Baking time is approximately half an hour.
When preparing a cranberry pie, the recipe can be slightly modified to your liking.

Ingredients for the dough: two glasses of flour, a packet of butter or margarine, 50 grams of sugar, a bag of vanillin, one egg yolk and a pinch of salt.
For the filling you will need: one and a half glasses of cranberry berries and 50 grams of sugar. If you use fresh berries, then first you need to sort it out, rinse well and dry. And if you have frozen cranberries, then first defrost it and drain the excess juice.
Products for pouring: 200 grams of sour cream 20%, two eggs, a tablespoon of sugar, a pack of vanillin, two tablespoons of flour.
Pouring preparation method: thoroughly mix the eggs with granulated sugar, add vanillin, sour cream and gradually pour the flour. Mix well and whisk.
We prepare the dough: separate the yolk and beat it with sugar, add vanillin, soft butter, salt and mix. Pour the flour slowly and knead the dough so that it becomes elastic.
Well, coat the mold with vegetable oil and put the finished dough, kneading it with your hands. We make sides up to 5 centimeters high.
We spread cranberries on the dough, sprinkle it with sugar and fill everything with a previously prepared pour. We turn on the oven 200 degrees, wait for it to heat well, and bake for 40 minutes.
Cranberry pies.
For the test you will need: a pack of margarine, three eggs, three glasses of sour cream, two tablespoons of sugar, half a liter of water, a kilogram of flour, half a teaspoon of baking soda and a little salt.
Stuffing for pies: a glass of cranberry berries and a glass of sugar are passed through a meat grinder and then mixed with three tablespoons of potato starch.
Preparation: beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, add sour cream, margarine, soda and salt. Gradually fill the flour, knead the dough and put it in the cold for two hours.
After the dough has laid down, divide it into equal pieces, about 100 grams each. Roll out a cake from each piece and spread the cranberry filling in the middle. We form pies, put on a greased baking sheet. Let the pies stand for half an hour and put them in the oven. Bake until appetizing golden brown.
