A year later, in 1935, there was another issue, only this time paramedics and midwives. Immediately after that, in the same year, the medical school somewhat changed its status. He became a feldsher-midwife school. The enrollment of students was also limited: 270 people per medical assistant and 20 people for obstetrics.
In 1941, a sudden disaster contributed to the fact that the school had early release, after which all students were sent to the front.
In 1954, the medical and obstetric school was transformed into a medical school by order of the Minister of Health of the Soviet Union.
In 1979, the current medical college of Belgorod State University received in its possession a new five-story building, which was fully adapted for conducting classes in medicine. In addition, students had access to sports and reading rooms.
In 1992, the school officially became a medical college. And after 5 years, in 1997, the institution became a division of Belgorod University.

- Orthopedic dentistry. Qualification of "dental technician". Two forms of training, on which the time of training depends.
- Preventive Dentistry. Profession "Dental Hygienist". Two forms of training with a period of 1 year and 10 months, 2 years and 5 months.
- Pharmacy awarded by the specialty "pharmacist". Training - 2 years 10 months and 3 years 4 months (depending on form).
- Nursing. The graduation qualifies as "Nurse / Nursing Brother". Two forms of training for 2.10 and 3.10 years.
- Medical massage. The training is designed for people with visual impairments. Upon completion, the qualification is "nurse / brother massage". The training will take 2 years and 10 months.
