This is a very simple snack, which takes a minimum of time and products. Grind the fish fillet (200-250 g) into small cubes. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in equal proportions. Add cucumber cucumber to this sauce.

And the canned mushrooms are simply thrown back into a colander to stack the marinade. Boil three medium potatoes in their uniforms, cool, peel, cut into slices. Similarly, chop two pickles, sweet peppers, onions and steep eggs. We cut the boiled carrots into circles. We connect all the components. We season this salad with herring with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise, in which you can add a little mustard or horseradish. Optionally, you can add three more spoons of canned green peas. Mix well and put the slide in the dish.

This is an original version of the beloved Olivier, only with fish. We chop the herring of the spicy salting, remove all bones as much as possible, cut into small pieces. Finely chop the three potatoes cooked in their uniforms, one carrot, two steep eggs. We cut the onion in half rings. Two pickled cucumbers cut into circles. If season permits, we take large bell peppers, cut the stem with seeds, and cut into small strips. Add a few feathers of the green beam.

If there is no time to mess with it, just chop it with rings and pour over boiling water - this will eliminate the sharp bitterness. And for the marinade, pour a spoonful of sugar in a glass of cold boiled water and pour 3 tbsp. l vinegar. You can make a salad, as in the classic "Fur Coat", puff, but it will not lose anything if we knock all the components together and mix. The beets are more likely to color the dish pink.

First, cook in a peel until ready three potatoes, four small beets and two carrots. Cool, clean. Two beets will go to decorate the dish, chop the remaining vegetables in small cubes. Finely chop the red lettuce onion, 400 g light-salted herring and about two hundred grams of strained squid. You can buy fresh or frozen seafood, boil them and cut them. Season this salad with mayonnaise. Salt and pepper it. Decoration is an important stage in the preparation of this dish. The two remaining beets are cut into thin half-slices. Season with salt and pepper and pour 6% vinegar. After a quarter of an hour, this marinade is drained. Put the salad into the dish with a slide. We place beetroot โ€œpetalsโ€ in the form of a rose on top.
