Light Chinese Cabbage Salad with Corn

Despite the fact that the dish belongs to the diet, it is not at all embarrassing to serve the guests. It turns out pretty attractive in appearance, tasty and healthy. For 1 small head of Peking cabbage, take large red bell pepper, a can of canned corn, a large green apple, parsley and a bunch of green or half red Crimean onion. Dressing is made from olive oil and soy sauce. You will also need lemon juice, salt, ground pepper and sugar. All spices to taste.
