1st day

The most difficult, since starting is always not easy.

Breakfast: a jar of fruit yogurt, one egg (of course, boiled), a cup of coffee or your favorite tea.

Lunch: a salad of fresh vegetables and herbs (for example, tomato, cucumber and a bunch of parsley). If desired, you can season the salad with a few drops of lemon juice, as well as a little prune. In addition, for lunch, you should cook stewed beets with apple and carrots.

Dinner: boiled chicken, fifty grams of cheese, fat-free kefir (one glass).

2nd day

Already take it easy, there is a temptation to break, but you need to endure.

For breakfast: bran bread (2 slices), one orange plus a cup of tea.

Lunch: one hundred grams of boiled veal, the same amount of salad made from boiled shrimp and mayonnaise. For lunch, you can eat and yogurt without fruit and other additives.

Dinner: one hundred and fifty grams of cauliflower (steamed or boiled) seasoned with classic soy sauce, as well as a slice of bran bread, one potato, boiled in its jacket, tea.

3rd day

Hunger practically does not bother, which undoubtedly pleases.

Breakfast: one hundred and fifty grams of fat-free cottage cheese, a thin slice of lean ham, coffee or tea.

Lunch: a salad of boiled mushrooms (champignons) seasoned with olive oil plus a few drops of lemon juice. Boiled potatoes, two kiwi.

Dinner: one hundred grams of fish (boiled or stewed), plain yogurt, a glass of kefir.

4th day

The diet is easily tolerated, there is almost no desire.

Breakfast: a small plate of granola, banana, a cup of coffee.

Lunch: one boiled egg, one hundred grams of perch (fillet), fried with onions.

Dinner: vegetable salad, stewed beans with parsley, one boiled potato, a cup of tea.

5th day

There is lightness in the body, a desire to reach the end.

For breakfast: boiled egg, low-fat yogurt without fillers, a cup of coffee.

Lunch: one hundred grams of boiled beets and rice, mixed and seasoned with soy sauce. A cup of tomato juice.

Dinner: one hundred grams of cottage cheese (best low-fat), fifty grams of cheese, a glass of yogurt, a glass of warmed milk.

6th day

There is very little left, and you can get up on the scales.

Breakfast: cornflakes steamed in milk (25 grams), a cup of coffee, a glass of yogurt without additives.

Lunch: one hundred and fifty grams of stewed beef, one boiled egg, a glass of yogurt without fruits and other fillers.

Dinner: coleslaw and parsley salad seasoned with olive oil. Two kiwis, as well as a slice of bran bread and a cup of tea.

7th day

The last day is the easiest.

Breakfast: one hundred grams of cheese, a boiled egg plus a cup of coffee or tea.

Lunch: make a salad of fresh carrots and cabbage, a glass of orange juice, one hundred grams of boiled rice and as many fried champignons.

Dinner: fifty grams of crab sticks, one hundred grams of beef liver, a glass of warmed milk.

The French protein diet is tolerated quite easily, but if you suddenly feel like eating between meals, then have a snack by drinking a cup of tea or the same amount of chicken (vegetable) broth.
