Turkish delight pomegranate
Translated from Turkish, the name of this dessert sounds like “Turkish delight”. A treat can be made from starch, molasses (honey, sugar), water, sometimes coconut flakes - this is the so-called white Turkish delight. Walnut delight is widespread when whole or crushed nuts are added to such a mass.
To prepare oriental sweets with nuts per 5 persons, we need:
- 1 tbsp. pomegranate juice;
- 1.5 tbsp. hazelnuts;
- ½ tbsp sesame seeds;
- 800 g of sugar;
- 1 tbsp. corn starch;
- 2 tsp citric acid.
Put sugar, ½ part of the total amount of citric acid in a small saucepan, pour a glass of water. Warm up to thickening for half an hour. In another container, mix starch, 400 ml of water, juice and the remaining citric acid, bring to a boil and cook for 3-5 minutes. We combine the starch mass and sugar syrup, keep the mixture on low heat for 30–35 minutes, it should turn into a homogeneous, smooth mass. Add sesame and nuts to the pan, mix and put the mass into the mold. We close the product with foil and put it in the refrigerator for one night. In the morning we cut the oriental sweet with nuts into cubes. By the way, the calorie content of such a dessert is quite large and amounts to 510 kcal / 100 g. You will need about 10 hours to cook.
Incmish
We offer to cook oriental sweet with walnuts with the addition of raisins. The dessert belongs to the Uzbek cuisine and looks like a kind of candy. We will prepare:
- 1 tbsp. walnuts and raisins;
- 20-30 g of cookies;
- icing sugar for sprinkling.

How to cook?

- Pour two glasses of nuts (almonds, peanuts) into the syrup, previously fried, stir, remove from heat and cool a little.

Such desserts are prepared from fruit juices, butter, condensed milk, flour, sugar with the addition of almonds, peanuts, walnuts, hazelnuts and cashews. Oriental sweets with nuts include roasting, churchkhela, kozinaki, nougat and various cookies.

Immediately pour into the mold, which was previously covered with a film. Level the surface and allow the mass to cool thoroughly. When this happens, cut the dessert into pieces and roll in sesame seeds.
Baklava with peanuts and pistachios
This delicacy is a multi-layer cake, which consists of sheets of the finest dough, smeared with oil. They are laid out in a baking dish in layers, between which chopped nuts, soaked in a syrup consisting of sugar, lemon, rose water. Consider how to cook such an oriental sweet with nuts and honey.

We chop the nuts separately in a blender, combine the peanuts with icing sugar. Dissolve the oil in a pan and grease it with a mold.
