  • 100 grams of very oily sour cream;
  • 30 grams of cocoa powder;

  • 3 drops of red food coloring.

All this is heated to a boiling state, removed from the stove and left for a few minutes, after which we remove the vanilla. Add gelatin to the mixture and mix well.

Beat the cheese by pouring slowly the milk-gelatin mixture. Once everything becomes homogeneous, add a gel food coloring. It can be replaced with beetroot juice, but the result will not be so impressive. The dye needs about 4 drops. Then we take out the frozen base for the cheesecake from the refrigerator and spread the resulting mixture. Try to spread slowly, avoiding bubbles, otherwise they will ruin the whole effect.
