You need to know that figs in the form of dried fruit contain a high concentration of sugars and carbohydrates, because during drying, it loses water and leaves only the most useful substances.

Moreover, in order to get the maximum benefit from dried figs, it is better to take 3-4 fruits, pour water at room temperature at night, then eat them on an empty stomach in the morning, washed down with the same water. This combination replaces any laxative medication.
