Of course, not everyone loves sweets, but the abundance of all kinds of sweets on store shelves once again proves that sweets are many times more. A wide variety of cakes, pastries, biscuits, sweets ... Eyes run up, I really want to try everything at once. And why not try to make a big sweet candy with your own hands? The truffle sweets recipes offered below are very diverse and, at the same time, simple in execution.
Truffle curd - sweets, the recipe of which is available even to a child. Moreover, this is a real find for the sweet tooth who are on a diet. Even those who do not like cottage cheese will not be able to refuse such a treat. The ingredients required to make these sweets are as follows:
- cottage cheese (9%) - 200g;
- coconut flakes - 50g;
- a mixture of cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla sugar, cloves - 2/3 teaspoon;
- cocoa - 3 tablespoons.
If you have granular or homemade cottage cheese, it is better to grind it through a sieve. When the curd is ready, add coconut flakes and spices to it and mix well (you can use a hand blender). Now with a teaspoon or even a tablespoon, we collect the resulting mixture, form a cone, a pyramid, a ball or any other shape from it. It remains to roll it in cocoa - and the first sweetie is ready. We do the same with the rest of the curd and coconut mass. Ready Truffle! Candies, the recipe of which you just learned, can either be eaten right away, or put in the refrigerator for storage. And a little note: if you still want these curd truffles to be sweeter, you can add a little (or a lot) of powdered sugar to the mix to your taste.
Another chocolate truffle, the recipe of which is completely different, but also simple, involves the presence of cognac in them, so you need to stock up on at least the smallest bottle of this drink. So, we take:
- dark chocolate - 150 g;
- cream 35% fat - 70 ml;
- butter - 20 g;
- cognac - 1 tablespoon;
- icing sugar - 30 g;
- cocoa - how much is needed to roll candy.
To decorate the festive table, it is difficult to find sweets that are more suitable than truffles. The recipe for such a treat says: in cream, you need to melt the butter and chocolate. You need to do this on a small fire. When all the components have melted, turn off the fire and add powdered sugar and a spoonful of cognac to the saucepan. Everything is well stirred, and when it cools down, it is put in the refrigerator for three hours. After this time, the chocolate mixture must be removed from the refrigerator and begin to form any form of candy from it. Round or square, in the shape of a cone or a pyramid, but it is a truffle. We lay out the sweets, the recipe of which is so simple, on a kitchen board well sprinkled with cocoa powder and, without regretting, sprinkle the same cocoa on top. We remove all this beauty for several hours in the refrigerator, after which we put the sweets together with cocoa in a bag and shake a little so that the cocoa is distributed evenly over the entire surface of each truffle. If you didn’t eat them all at once, hide what is left in the refrigerator, otherwise the candies will simply melt.

- chocolate chips - 1 glass;
- butter - 150 g;
- flour - 2 glasses;
- vanilla - 1 teaspoon;
- brown sugar - 1 cup.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the vanilla and brown sugar. Stir everything until the sugar has completely dissolved and the mixture has a delicious brown color. Let the mixture cool, then add chocolate and flour to it and knead the dough. With this test you need to stick around each truffle. The baking sheet on which cookies will be baked should be covered with parchment. We spread the blanks and put in the oven for 25-30 minutes. When the cookies have cooled, serve.
