- Bell pepper (1 piece).
- Potato (4 pieces).
- Onions (1 piece).
- Carrot (1 piece).
- Sour cream (2 tablespoons).
- Butter (1 tablespoon).
- Greenery.
- Bay leaves.
- Sunflower oil.
- Seasonings.
First, rinse the rice, pour cold water (0.5 part) into the pan and put on medium heat. Add some salt. 10 minutes after boiling water with cereal, pour potatoes peeled and cut into thin plates into the pan. Now heat the sunflower oil in a skillet and pass the chopped onion for 10 seconds. Then add the grated carrots. After half a minute, put finely chopped tomatoes in a pan. Fry for 90 seconds and mix the ingredients with chopped pepper. I advise you not to remove seeds from pepper. With them, any dish turns out to be much more flavorful! After a couple of minutes, season the fry for the soup with butter and sour cream. Leave for another 2 minutes. At this time, add boiling water to the pan. We season the soup with vegetable frying and pour bay leaves and seasonings to taste. On a small fire, let the soup boil for another 5 minutes. Turn off the fire and throw the chopped greens into the pan. No need to mix. We wait 5-10 minutes and pour hot soup on plates!
Porridge with vegetables
I continue to answer the question of what a vegetarian eats. On the second we serve porridge with vegetables. I give you an example of
cooking corn porridge, but you can replace it with buckwheat, and barley, and millet. You can use the vegetables in this recipe as much as you like, if only your dishes contain the entire dish! Put the cereal in a saucepan (1 part cereal in 3 parts water). Grind onions and carrots and chop tomatoes, eggplant and zucchini. Grate the cucumber. Fry the onions in a deep pan, then add the carrots. Put the rest of the vegetable blanks. Stir and pour in some hot water. Stew vegetables for 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Now pour the water with the boiled cereals into the pan and let it boil. Add bay leaves and salt to taste. After 7 minutes, pepper and add the spices you like (for example, ginger, turmeric, zira, a mixture of dried herbs). Cook porridge under a closed lid until cooked.
Corn porridge should not turn out to be very dry, so when boiling water, add a little boiling water. Serve a dish with fresh herbs.
