- ingestion into the vagina during bathing (open water, bath) of water;
- lost sex drive.
Wumbling Exercises
Arnold Kegel’s technique was developed to prevent urinary incontinence and strengthen the pelvic muscles of women.
In order to feel the bosom - coccygeal muscle (which we will train), delay urination for a couple of seconds.
During training, breathing should be smooth and natural.
1. Slow compression. Muscles tighten for 5-20 seconds, as with urinary retention. Relaxed.
In another embodiment, the muscles are strained in stages - lingering for 3-5 seconds at each stage. Relax the same way.
2. Abbreviations. Tighten and relax the muscles as quickly as possible.
3. Popping. The main thing in this exercise is not to overdo it. It is necessary to push as during childbirth or with a chair - down.
To check how the perineal muscles work, during the exercise a woman can insert one or two moistened fingers into the vagina.
To enhance the effect, it is recommended to place a Kegel exercise machine or object in the shape of a penis (dildo, vibrator) in the vagina.

It is based on the use of simulators created on the basis of ancient Chinese variants and Kegel developments (crotch meter). Each type of exercise needs its own simulator (there are 4 in total), which allows you to most effectively and quickly achieve your desired goal.
The principle is visual (using a laser point or pressure gauge) determination of the correct implementation of the exercise. Classes are provided for independent training, but practice proves the need for an instructor.
