MKESh cable is actively used in the circuits of control and measuring equipment when creating switching electrical connections. relative humidity of 98%, and in the conditions of mounting bends - at least -15 degrees. The permissible continuous heating temperature of the conductor is 70 ยฐ C. With a single installation, the MCES cable does not spread combustion. During
installation work , the radius of the permissible bending should be taken into account, it should be within the five outer diameters of the product. At an ambient temperature of 20 degrees, at various sections of its cores, the resistance does not exceed 0.1 Mฮฉ / km. This product is characterized by a design that is resistant to shock, as well as periodic mechanical stress and to prolonged vibration loads, both permanent and temporary. The manufacturer guarantees the operational life of the product at 10,000 hours.
MCSH Cable Design
Each conductive core is a multi-wire tinned copper conductor. The number of which can vary from 2 to 14 depending on the type. Each core is covered with fireproof PVC plastic insulation. All cores along the length of the conductor are twisted together. Each pair has its own color. A special synthetic film is applied to the core over the separation layer. The cable screen consists of copper wire, it is not subject to various electromagnetic interference. This ensures high-quality and stable operation of the product in telephone networks. Before installation, the MKESH cable must be terminated with mandatory waterproofing.
