The future mufti Albir Krganov was born in October 1976. His homeland is the village of Chkalovskoye, located in the Batyrevsky district of the Chuvash Republic. Albir's father, Rifkat Sabirzyanovich, is a hereditary imam (as the Muslim head is called a spiritual head). Albir Krganov is a graduate of Shygyrdan High School, after this educational institution he entered the madrasah of the Russian and European countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States in Kazan.
