You can prepare a simple and tasty dessert at home. And it will not take so much time, as some housewives think. A cookie house with curd filling will be a great start to the day or a full afternoon snack for the baby and you. So, let's try to understand the ingredients and the method of preparing a sweet dish.

Dessert description

A house of cookies and cottage cheese (see the main photo) is prepared in the form of a kind of roll. At the same time, baking is not used, like any other heat treatment of components or the whole dish. Imagine a square or triangular roll of cookies, inside of which there is a filling of cottage cheese and fruit. On top of the dessert is made with icing sugar, white or brown chocolate icing. Served to the table a little chilled and cut into portions in the form of small squares or triangles. It turns out a piece with cottage cheese and fruit, framed by cookies.

Dessert cookies will suit absolutely any:

  • shop or home;
  • shortbread or biscuit;
  • with or without additives;
  • chocolate or oatmeal.

Even if your cookies have dried up in an orderly way and, it seems to you, is no good, use it to make a cookie house. Together with cottage cheese and icing, it will become softer and saturated with sweetness - an amazing dessert will turn out.

Since our recipe does not require baking, take cookies of the form that is needed for the house. That is, square or rectangular will do.

Curd Filling

Curd filling is the basis of this dessert. She holds the form, because the cookie house is being prepared without baking. Therefore, it is better to take cottage cheese of medium density.

If a liquidish product is caught, mix a little crumbs of cookies (sliced ​​pieces in a blender) into it - 100 g of crumbs will be enough for 500 g of cottage cheese. Or suspend in a clean gauze for a couple of hours, so that excess fluid is gone.

And if, on the contrary, the cottage cheese is too dry and grainy, use greasy sour cream or whipped cream. With the last component, the filling for the dish will be airy and magnificent. Mix cream whipped into a thick foam with powdered sugar and cottage cheese rubbed through a fine iron sieve. Select the ratio of ingredients according to the consistency of the mass - randomly.

Another option for dry cottage cheese is soft butter with a high degree of fat content - 82%.

Fruit "core"

The most common filling option is fresh banana. It does not need to be prepared for a long time - it saves time. To your taste and opportunity, add such fillings to dessert:

  • grated apple with citrus juice (a few drops so that the fruit does not darken);
  • sliced ​​fruits with boiled washed rice and honey - an original version;
  • canned peaches - without syrup, they are soft and will cut well in the finished cookie house.

Recipe

Which products we take:

  • soft cottage cheese - 400 g;
  • fat sour cream - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • powdered sugar - 4-5 tbsp. l .;
  • vanillin - a pinch;
  • shortbread cookies - 9 or 12 pcs.

The finished house can be triangular, then 9 cookies are needed, or square - for it, take 12 pieces. In our recipe, the house will be a triangle.

The cookie house recipe implies the following procedure:

  1. To begin, beat sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla. Arm yourself with a hand whisk or electric mixer.
  2. Mix the mass with cottage cheese.
  3. Place food foil or foil on the table. Put cookies next to each other on it to form a square grid of nine 3x3 cookies.
  4. Gently lay the cottage cheese on them so as not to break the structure.
  5. Grasp the edge of the foil and lift it up. It turns out that two side rows of cookies rise up and connect, forming a triangular structure. Inside a loose curd layer.
  6. Cover with foil so that the whole dessert is in it.

Next, the cookie house should be kept in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. And then free from packaging and optionally pour a trickle or cover with a dense layer of glaze (see below "Glaze options").

After coating the dessert with icing, put it back in the refrigerator to freeze. Then cut into fragments similar to houses. From the sides on the curd, you can draw small patterns with chocolate or insert a slice of milk chocolate as a window.

Glaze Options

1) With cocoa.

You will need:

  • butter - 100 g;
  • cocoa powder (unsweetened) - 3-4 tbsp. l .;
  • powdered sugar (or sand) - 10 tbsp. l .;
  • cream (or milk) - 10 tbsp. l

How to cook:

  1. Mix soft butter with the rest of the ingredients according to the recipe. Heat a little to make the consistency uniform. At the same time, stir the mixture with a whisk or a spoon.
  2. Cool the icing at room temperature and use it as intended.

2) Made of white chocolate.

You will need:

  • a bar of white chocolate - 100 g;
  • powdered sugar - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • cream - 3 tbsp. l

How to cook:

  1. Break a bar of white chocolate and put it in a small saucepan. Build a water bath and melt the pieces.
  2. Add the powder and cream, mix until smooth. You can use a mixer or a hand blender for more efficient mixing.
  3. Since the icing did not heat up over an open fire, it can almost immediately be used to water the prepared dessert.

According to the same principle, icing is prepared from dark or milk chocolate. Instead of cream, use butter or milk as desired.

With the same icing, draw square windows on slices of already sliced ​​dessert.
