Manufacturing process

Production begins with the removal of a wax impression from the jaws. A model of the lower jaw is created, which determines the principle of installation of the device for this patient. The zones of the arrangement of structural elements are calculated, the alleged arcs and clasps are tried on. After a successful arrangement of the structure on the working model, its wax basis is created, the angle of inclination of the plane is calculated. It should overlap the incisors of the lower jaw.
After that, the wax base is tried on directly in the patient's mouth, leveled and adjusted according to the imprint of the upper jaw.
