Avocado: calories and usefulness

Avocado, whose calorific value is low, is one of the most useful exotic fruits, because it is endowed with many healing properties that can improve human health. Systematic consumption of fruit will reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, and will also improve memory. This product has virtually no sugar and carbohydrates, and it does not contain cholesterol. On the contrary, in an avocado there are elements that can break down unnecessary cholesterol in your blood.

In the composition of vegetable and fruit salads and many other vitamin dishes there is an avocado. The calorie content of the fruit is insignificant, so it will be perfectly combined with the products of any diet. Moreover, it is good for health, as it is endowed with all the necessary vitamins: D, A, C, B and E.

This tropical fruit is popular in many regions of the world. Mexicans are not very worried about how many calories are in an avocado, because in their homeland it is considered an aphrodisiac, therefore it is common in all parts of the country. Russians value an avocado for its nutritiousness and unusual taste.

Almost always, avocados are consumed in their original form - raw, because if you cook a dish from it, it will lose its brightness and become too bitter. This fruit tastes like a nut, but unlike nuts it is less caloric, although it contains a lot of fat. For 100 grams of avocado, approximately 120-140 calories are consumed. But, if you eat one or two whole fruits, this does not mean that excess calories will lead to fat deposits in problem areas. No matter how many fruits you consume, their entire mass will turn into energy in your body.

When buying a fruit, remember that it must be ripe and there should be no brownish spots on it. Try to choose only clean and undamaged fruits.

Avocado Calories

Avocados contain fat that you should not fear at all. It is processed quite quickly thanks to unsaturated fatty acids, so it can be noted with confidence that there will be no problems with weight from eating this fruit.

Conversely, a person using avocados can lose weight significantly, even though the ripe fruit may also contain 220 calories per 100 g. Nutritious avocados (nutritional value - 30 g of fat and up to 2.1 g of protein) will help to quickly satisfy hunger , even if you follow the strictest diet.

By including fruit in your diet, you will soon notice how quickly your fatigue, your poor health, depression and apathy will disappear - all thanks to an avocado. The calorie content of this fetus does not interfere with giving it to children. Elderly people with poor digestion and stomach ailments are also advised to eat a quarter of the fruit several times a week. When consuming avocados, even a person who has had an illness will not feel heaviness in their stomach.

I would like to note that the culinary experts have not yet decided what the avocado is more: a fruit or a vegetable? Some insist that it is a vegetable, because in most cases it is consumed with soups, rice, bread and least of all with desserts. However, opinions differ, and many are convinced that avocados are still a fruit.

In the end, I want to give another piece of advice that will help you choose the fruit more quickly and correctly. If you notice that ripe avocados are damaged in the supermarket (which happens quite often), select one unripe fruit (unripe fruits are stronger, therefore they are rarely damaged during transportation). Having brought such an avocado home, put it in a dark place where it quickly reaches the normal state. By the way, one of the best fruit varieties is the Hass variety (it is known almost all over the world).
