Beef and Mushroom Salad
To prepare this salad, you will need 200 g of fresh mushrooms (any), 250 g of roasted beef, 2-3 oranges, 1 cup of rice, mayonnaise, starch (1 table l.) And 1 lemon.
Rice should be boiled in pre-salted water, and then rinse with cold water to make it friable. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and dilute it with water 1 to 7, add starch there, boil and immediately add 300 g of mayonnaise to the mixture. Boil the mushrooms.

Beef and Potato Salad

Beef and Grapefruit Salad
To prepare it, you will need 400 g of boiled beef, the same number of string beans, 1 onion, 2 grapefruit and 1 bunch of salad. You will also need to prepare a seasoning for this salad, it consists of 2 tables. l vinegar (apple or wine is not important), 4 tables. l oils, sugar, pepper and salt.
Cut the meat into cubes, divide the grapefruits into slices, cut the onion into thin rings, and the beans into 3 cm pieces. Mix the ingredients and season with the seasoning from the above products. Let the salad brew for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Serve it on the table in a salad bowl, on the bottom of which salad leaves are laid, and season with pepper.
Spicy beef and noodle salad
For its preparation you will need about 150 g of instant noodles the same amount of beef fillet, 1 hot pepper, about 50 g of roasted peanuts, a bunch of cilantro, a few feathers of green onions, 2 tablespoon each. l soy sauce and vegetable oil.
Prepare the marinade: 2 tsp. mix soy sauce with 1 table. l oils, salt and pepper. Then pour the beef (raw) with this marinade, cut into thin strips, for 10-15 minutes.
