Therefore, even if you are very afraid of loneliness, force yourself to think about a large and happy family, about a bunch of friends who are ready for you in fire and water. But with these types of fears, it is necessary not only to create an environment of success, but also to try hard, for example, to get down to business, having considered all the pros and cons.
How to deal with fear for your loved ones? As you like, just do not cheat yourself, do not predict the tragedy. This, again, creates a dangerous environment in which, indeed, anything can happen. It is better to wait for something to do while waiting, watch a movie, chat with friends, for example, by phone. An excellent result provides mental prediction of a good outcome. You need to imagine in detail how your loved one returns home safe and sound, “see” how he undresses, takes off his shoes, goes to wash his hands, and so on.
There is a large group of people who are afraid of the dark, various rustles in the apartment, brownies and other invisibles. How to deal with the fear of the supernatural? The best way is just natural. A rustling alarm? Identify its source. Is the darkness scary? Turn on the light. Why mock yourself by forcing yourself to close in a dark room? A good helper in the fight against such fears is the presence of at least one person nearby. Try to get used to the darkness while in society. Make sure she does not strangle or kill.
