“I believe that power is seized by military means, all decisions are made in an unconstitutional way,” those who are really familiar with the features of the “democratic” structure of the current state in Ukraine can assess the courage of such a statement.
The impoverishment of citizens as a result of the current power of the economic policy of total dependence on the IMF, the closure of enterprises, the growth of unemployment - and the shocking salary increase for senior officials against this background. Destructive for the budget of ordinary citizens, tariff increases, the abolition of benefits, taxation of pensions - and the next action, inconceivable in its absurdity - the award at the beginning of this year members of the Cabinet of Ministers with a prize in the amount of seven-month salary of an ordinary Ukrainian. Restriction of freedom of expression: it is worth recalling the elections in Kharkov, Mariupol, in the Lugansk and Donetsk regions, in Dnepropetrovsk and Krivoy Rog. The ban on showing in Ukraine films that have become classics of world cinema (now you can’t see the works of the great Ryazanov on television), the introduction of censorship, cyber police, violation of the rule of law in the Rada itself (which are the so-called truants, button presses, flagrant violations of the rules), rampant lawlessness in the country initiated by the representatives of "patriotic" minded forces - this is the general picture.
Who is Evgeny Muraev? What is the essence of this political project, which is gaining increasing popularity?
The completion of a brief excursion into history and the introduction to the presentation of a politician can be the words: “We will fight this,” they said during one of the speeches, Yevgeny Muraev, whose biography is interesting and promising.

Evgeny Muraev, biography: economic and political activity
The beginning of Yevgeny Muraev’s political career is his first election to the Kharkiv Regional Council, where he led the commission on fuel, energy conservation and utilities.
In 2010, Yevgeny Muraev, as a representative of the Party of Regions, is elected to the regional council, and in the same year becomes the head of the Zmiyev district administration. Over the period of his work in the ranking on socio-economic development, the Zmiev region has become a leader in the region in many respects. It should also be noted the organization and implementation of programs:
- construction of social housing, clubs, kindergartens;
- reconstruction of museums and monuments;
- centralized collection and disposal of household waste;
- reform and development of housing and communal services, which allowed for the first time to reduce the cost of heat for residents of the district by 12.5%, as well as the commissioning of three deep-water drinking water wells and two treatment facilities.
In the fall of 2012, Yevgeny Muraev was elected in the majority constituency No. 181 to the Verkhovna Rada.
Two years later, re-elected to parliament. He takes part in the work of the Committee on Tax and Customs Policy.
Since the spring of 2015 (after the change of power) - Minister of Trade and Economic Development of the Opposition Government.
Social work
Evgeny Muraev (deputy) implements projects to increase energy independence and energy conservation in his hometown, initiates the replacement of windows in social institutions, contributes to the arrangement of boiler houses using alternative fuel.
He pays much attention to the military-patriotic topic: during his activities, he supports and leads actions aimed at maintaining the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, initiates the search and reburial of the remains of unknown soldiers, the reconstruction of the museum of local lore in Zmiev, the publication of books about heroes, is actively engaged in the repair of monuments and commemorative signs
At the initiative of Muraev, construction of educational complexes, children's and sports grounds is being carried out.
The deputy organizes and becomes a participant in sports events.
Yevgeny Muraev is a member of the group of deputies "For Peace and Stability", who, in order to establish a dialogue between the parliaments of Ukraine and Russia, met in September 2014 with deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation in Moscow.
He is the author and participant of more than forty legislative initiatives.
He is an active participant in political talk shows, television and radio programs, during which viewers and listeners will remember his bold, well-reasoned critical attacks against the current government.
So, repeatedly during the broadcasts he criticized the position of the government in relation to IMF loans, which, according to the State Department, "leads to nowhere." In contrast to the "mediocre economic policy" of the state, the State Department Muraev is convinced of the need to develop its revenue side.
In a television interview, Muraev criticized the actions of Tatar activists in blocking the Crimea, which, in his opinion, are a criminal offense. There should be one law for all, the MP says, “popular opinion” cannot replace it.
Great opportunities for manipulation and falsification
Yevgeny Muraev subjected the election to harsh criticism on one of the broadcasts of the ICTV channel. The law on local elections, supported by the Verkhovna Rada, offers great opportunities for fraud in the vote count, the politician said. The content of the Law has nothing to do with democracy. When it was adopted, fifteen hundred amendments were not taken into account. Contrary to the Minsk agreements, the document does not stipulate the will of temporarily displaced persons (1.5 million former residents of Donetsk and Lugansk), voting in the so-called ATO zone. According to E. Muraev, relying on the new law, it is impossible to conduct the elections correctly.
The deputy criticized the double standards of the government, taking into account exclusively the recommendations of the Venice Commission, beneficial to the current Ukrainian government. This violated the decision of the Venice Commission, which prohibits amending the electoral law for less than a year before the start of the election. In Ukraine, the law was passed four months before the election.
The deputy considers the unprecedented unlimited influence of the administrative resource on the course of preparation for the elections to be a flagrant violation of the civil rights of Ukrainians, one of the manifestations of which is the obstacles in registering the regional cell of the Opposition bloc in Kharkov. In connection with all violations of the law by the authorities in the preparation and conduct of elections, their legitimacy, in the opinion of E. Muraev, is in great doubt.
The words of the current powers that be are largely at odds with reality. This is recognized by experts, and representatives of wider political circles, and ordinary citizens.
As, however, one could foresee, democracy in Ukraine, which went through the meat grinder of the so-called Revolution of Dignity and ATO, unfortunately, did not work. A totalitarian regime is being formed in the country, we can already talk about this directly.
No matter how softly the president smiles on television, assuring from the rostrum of some European forum that democratic reforms are underway in the country, many already understand everything: the Ukrainian people have no choice with this power. Is there a future?
According to E. Muraev in an interview with the media, the future of Ukraine depends on those who will replace the "current hot heads."
