The cake recipe is simple and straightforward. You will need a round baking sheet no more than 30 cm in diameter. To knead the dough you need to take a deep convenient bowl and whisk. First, the eggs are broken and the condensed milk is laid out, after which they are thoroughly beaten until light foam. Melt the butter, not allowing it to heat up much, and cool, then pour into a bowl. Next, the sifted flour is slowly introduced, which must be mixed in the future dough. At the end of all is slaked soda. The mixture must be thoroughly mixed either with a whisk or with a mixer.

So that when baking, the cake does not stick to the surface of the pan, it should be covered with special baking paper (parchment). If this was not found, it is recommended to grease the baking sheet with butter, and sprinkle the bottom and edges with breadcrumbs or semolina. Divide the dough for shortcakes into three portions.
