However, shrimp protein is easier to digest than meat, and they perfectly make up for the lack of iodine in the body. Shrimps are cooked quickly and dishes do not require many ingredients. From them you can cook soups, salads and even desserts! Probably everyone knows shrimp, avocado and tomato salad. Replace them with chicken in Caesar, sausages in okroshka and enjoy the new unusual taste! Asians make an exotic soup with shrimp in coconut milk with the addition of lime juice and chili. You can make a simple soup with rice and fresh herbs. To prevent shrimp from losing their delicate taste, cook them separately and add to the plate when serving.

Shrimp salad: recipe with eggs and grated cheese.

You will need: 4 eggs, cheese - 100 gr, greens (onions, parsley, dill), juice of half a lemon, mayonnaise - 4-5 tbsp. l Boil the eggs, peel and chop finely. Finely chop the greens, grate the cheese on a fine grater. Boil shrimps in salted water for 1 min., Chop. Mix the products, season with mayonnaise. Some greens can be left to decorate the finished dish.

Shrimp salad with mushrooms.

You will need: 400 g of shrimp, champignons (fresh) - 200 g, 4 pcs. tomatoes, 8 - asparagus, a little green and onion (1 tbsp each), a couple of eggs and dill. Dressing: 1 tsp. mustard, ground white pepper and salt, 1.5 tbsp. l vinegar. Wash the mushrooms and tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. Onions are cut into rings, green - you need to chop. Take the shrimp peeled, or clear of the shell after cooking. Boil asparagus and cut into slices no more than 3 cm. Hard boiled eggs. For the sauce: mix salt and pepper with vinegar separately, mix the mustard with vegetable oil and then combine with the first mixture. Vegetables, shrimps and champignons are laid out in a salad bowl, watered with sauce, decorated with dill and egg slices. Shrimp salad is ready!
