This is followed by the REM sleep phase, which lasts about fifteen minutes. A person is in a completely stationary state, while his eyes make random movements. When to wake up?
If you wake a person while he is in the phase of slow sleep, for some time he will be somewhat inhibited and absent-mindedness will appear. For the mood for a good day, this is not the best option.
