Knauf dry mixes: scope

"Knauf - MP75" is used inside the building, plastering is carried out by machine. It is applied to all solid substrates (brick, cement, concrete, etc.).
Knauf-Goldband plaster is used for manual processing of walls with a strong and solid foundation (brick, cement, porous and dense concrete), as well as polystyrene surfaces. Recommended for use where high-quality finish should be completed as soon as possible.
Dry mixes "Knauf" based on cement
For all types of work plaster "Knauf-Grundband" is intended. This is the treatment of surfaces of building facades, ceilings and walls in wet rooms, silicate and ceramic brick bases, foam, gas, expanded clay concrete blocks for subsequent decorative coating on them.
Knauf Unterputz is used for external and internal plastering. It is applied both manually and with the help of mortar-mixing pumps.
In places where dynamic loads are increased or groundwater is observed, Knauf-Zockelutz is used.
Dry mixes "Sevener" are used:
- when performing work on the external thermal insulation of rooms for gluing heat-insulating plates made of mineral wool or polystyrene foam onto the walls, followed by applying a protective layer to them with a fiberglass mesh;
- for repairing cracked (old) building facades.
Gypsum-based and polymer-based putties are also available, which are no less popular when performing construction work. These are the Multi-Finish paste and the Knauf Rotband paste, which are used before painting or wallpapering to putty on walls and ceilings, as well as for sealing joints.
Putty is also produced on a cement basis, intended for leveling concrete surfaces and cement plasters on the facades of any buildings and in rooms where humidity is high, to fill holes during repair.
Masonry mixtures, adhesives and screeds are widely used in construction.
