Salad with sausage cheese: recipes

Salads are perhaps one of the most basic dishes on the festive table. Indeed, not a single feast goes without several types of salads, which are considered an excellent snack for main dishes. I would like to present recipes for the preparation of these appetizers with sausage cheese, which gives the salads an unusual and rich taste.

Salad with Sausage Cheese No. 1

Ingredients:

Vegetable oil - half a glass;

Garlic - a few cloves;

Olives (pitted) - half a can;

Onion - a few pieces;

Pickled cucumbers - a few pieces;

Sweet pepper - a couple of pieces;

Sausage cheese - 350 g;

Raw smoked sausage - 200 g;

Wine vinegar - 5 tablespoons of tablespoons;

Mustard - 1 tablespoon;

Salt pepper

Finely chop cheese, pepper, sausage, onion. Cucumbers can be cut into strips, and olives in rings. To prepare the sauce, first you need to pass the garlic through a press and mix it with vinegar, oil, salt, mustard and pepper. Mix all the ingredients and pour the prepared sauce. Then refrigerate for at least an hour. Then sprinkle the salad with chopped herbs.

Salad with Sausage Cheese No. 2

Ingredients:

Green apples - 2 pcs.;

Eggs - 4 pcs.;

Onion - a few pieces;

Sausage cheese - 350 g;

Mayonnaise;

Salt, greens

This salad is prepared in layers. Initially, boil the eggs, cool, so that they are well cleaned and cut into cubes. Then we clean the onions and pour boiled water for 12 minutes, after which we drain the water and cut it into rings. Wash apples, peel and grains, cut into small cubes. It is best if the apples are slightly sour. Sausage cheese should be grated, preferably large. Mix the prepared onions, cheese and eggs together and divide in half. Since the salad will have two layers of these products. Then lay the salad in layers. At the same time, each of them is lubricated with a small amount of mayonnaise. First eggs, then onions, cheese on top, then apples, again cheese, onions and eggs. Decorate the salad with chopped herbs on top and leave in the refrigerator for several hours.

Salad with Sausage Cheese No. 3

Ingredients:

Sausage cheese - 150 g;

Carrots - a few pieces;

Green onion;

Canned corn - 4-5 tablespoons of tablespoons;

Eggs - 1 pc.;

Greenery;

Mayonnaise

To start, wash the carrots and boil until tender. Then cool, peel and cut into cubes. Wash greens and green onions, dry and chop finely. Sausage cheese must be put in the freezer for half an hour, so that it is hard. Then grate on a medium-sized grater and mix with a bowl of canned corn. To them add chopped carrots, herbs and pour mayonnaise. Mix all the ingredients well and put in a dish. Garnish with eggs and greens.

Salad with Sausage Cheese No. 4

Pickled cucumbers or fresh tomatoes are also added to this salad if desired. In addition, this recipe can even be called a โ€œsalad with pigtail cheeseโ€, as for its preparation you can use both sausage cheese and a pigtail.

Ham - 300 g;

Eggs - 4-6 pcs.;

Sausage or smoked cheese - 150 g;

Canned corn - 1 can;

Greenery;

Mayonnaise;

Salt;

Rusks - 1 sachet;

Lettuce - for decoration

Boil the eggs, then peel them and cut into pieces. We cut the ham into cubes, and chop the greens and cheese finely. Drain the canned corn and mix in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Pour the salad with mayonnaise in a small amount and mix. Add salt to taste. Before use, add crackers to make them crispy.

Salad with sausage cheese No. 5

Prunes are also added to this salad as desired. Ingredients:

Sausage cheese - 150 g;

Beets - 1 pc.;

Carrots (preferably large) - 1 pc.;

Garlic - a few cloves;

Mayonnaise

First you need to boil the beets and carrots until fully cooked and cool. Then grate them, preferably large. Also grate the sausage cheese, add mayonnaise and mix everything. Add prunes if desired. Refrigerate before use.
