The Christian Restoration Center (Moscow) is a relatively young church (it turned 9 years old in February 2017). Despite this, the organization does not stop developing rapidly. Her main mentor is Yevgeny Peresvetov, the youngest pastor who heads a fairly large church in the Russian Federation.
Tasks of the Center
To begin with, we will understand what goals this organization sets for itself. The main objectives of the Christian Center for Reconstruction (HCV) are as follows:
- Preach the doctrine of Jesus Christ as the Savior of every person.

He really takes a leading position here! Peresvetov is followed by many people. According to the researchers of his life and spiritual activity - only in Moscow there are now 700 people who have become his followers in the doctrine of Christ and ministers of the Church.
How does he do it? Perhaps a big role is played by the fact that he himself at the beginning of his life experienced many difficulties, problems with his parents and his environment at that time. And then, when he was 15 years old (according to Eugene himself on a page on social networks), a completely new path opened up before him, where there is only light. In Russia, he has been serving God since 19 years.
When the Christian teaching helped him to find that highest joy of life and simple human being, he simply began to radiate this all-conquering faith - in God, in himself, in a brighter future. And people feel this in their leader, and therefore follow him. This becomes the destiny of man. He no longer imagines another life.
Currently, Evgeny Peresvetov leads a very eventful and fruitful social life. In addition to the pastor of the Church of the Central Body of Christ, he is also
- the head of the pastoral alliance, which includes more than 25 branches of churches throughout Russia;
- the head of public projects uniting about 10 thousand people annually in the current Social Movement - throughout the country;
- the head of the Association of Pastors of South-East Africa, which includes more than 1,200 pastors;
- Member of the Apostolic Council of the Embassy of God Church (Kiev);
- Vice-President of the All-Russian Movement "The Future Without Homosexuality";
- Rector of the Training Centers "Creators of History" (Moscow, South-East Africa).
About the church
The pastor and ministers of the Christian Center for Restoration seek to spread their teachings throughout the country, as well as beyond its borders. All this happens through various types of service: song, rehabilitation, studying the Word of God in home groups (each such study is conducted by its leader), conducting thematic seminars, theater ministry (has its own Passion dream theater) and so on. The main thing is the ability to shine on everyone and everyone.
Based on the reviews, the Christian Restoration Center really helps many people: for the majority, fate changes dramatically, harmful addictions and addictions go away, a unique creative principle develops, and human values change for the better. Christian Center "Restoration" - a sect?
In fact, from biblical times (1st century AD), such a concept as “sect” was mentioned. Translated, it means "a meeting of people." And in those days, both true Christians (followers of Jesus Christ) and other religious teachings were called in this way.
A sect is an organization that breaks away from the main religion, mainly because of some differences in teaching, values, and vision of divine providence, and has a leader or several that everyone else follows. The same concept can be applied to the Christian Center "Restoration".
Also, according to the assistant professor of the Theological Academy (Moscow) A.I. Glukhov, a sect is a trend separated from the teachings of the Russian Orthodox Church, with its own teachings and rites, having a special vision of how to serve God, who lives his own independent life, introducing his inner religious ideals in a separate environment. Sect signs
There are several characteristic signs of whether an independent religious movement can actually be considered a sect. It:
- The organization has in its mind and proclaims, wherever possible, that its teaching is the only correct one. And on the scale of his city, country, world. And also has a sharp negative opinion about other religious organizations.
- The absence (or almost absence) of clergy in such an organization.
- Equality of all participants in this teaching.
- Charismatic leader leading a crowd of people.
And therefore, based on the foregoing, it is not easy to determine exactly whether the Christian Center for Restoration is a sect. Everyone has their own vision and understanding of this issue.
The deep essence of the teachings
The pastor of the Church talks about the essence of the current. He is also taught by people in the HVC.
There is Good and Evil. Practically, every person born on Earth, from the very beginning always strives for Good. More specifically, to God. But because of inborn sin (what the Bible speaks of), he cannot independently go over to the side of Good. Therefore, by recognizing Jesus Christ and his sacrifice (crucifixion) as a ransom for human sins, a person gains this opportunity. And thanks Jesus for this, serving him all his life.
This is the core of the teachings of this Church.
