In this article, we will focus on the concept - the allowance for children who have the right to receive it, especially the receipt.
Moms receive monthly payments while caring for a child until they reach the age of one and a half years. What category of parents belongs to this number? According to the current legislation, the right to benefit are:
- All persons of the Russian Federation residing on its territory;
- Persons of the Russian Federation who are in military service under the contract, serving in the police, in executive structures, in addition to this. These include people, civilian specialties working in military units of Russia, citizens temporarily residing in the territories of other states;
- Foreigners residing in the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as persons without citizenship, are refugees who live in Russia.
In addition, they can also receive benefits for children with disabilities. If you look from the other side, then there is a category of people who do not have the right to receive state assistance. These include:
- Persons living on the territory of Russia and having citizenship, whose children are fully supported by the state.
- Parents, citizens of Russia, deprived of the right to raise a child.
- Persons who have changed their place of residence in the Russian Federation for permanent residence in another country.
What does the child allowance depend on: on their number or are there any other nuances? Each month, the father of the child or his mother is entitled to receive assistance from the state. This right also extends to the guardian, adoptive parent or guardian, if they took custody of the child, adopted him or took custody. Moreover, the allowance will be paid for each newly ward, adopted child, until he turns 16 years old. If this is a student, then the subsidy will be paid until the end of the study, but no more than up to 18 years.
Benefit payments and their conditions. Previously, the state provided assistance to both ordinary children and paid allowance to children with disabilities, regardless of how much money the parents receive, now the conditions for payments have changed. Cash assistance is provided to those families where the per capita income is the cost of living or less. Moreover, the allowance is issued either to the father or mother at the place of their work.
In order to receive monthly assistance, according to the new rules, an application must be submitted to the social protection authorities at the place of residence. A form of the established form can be obtained from the organs of the EHS. The statement must provide accurate information about the income of the whole family: mother, father and children under the age of majority. Information should be for the last quarter or three months. Based on this information, the defense authorities will calculate how much each family member has and then assign a child allowance. How is income calculated? The entire family income for a certain period is divided into three, and then by the number of family members. Typically, no certificates that would be a confirmation of your income are not required. You need to provide:
- Certificate of child.
- Extract from the house book and financial and personal account.
- A document confirming that the child is studying if he is over 16 years old.
- Passports of father and mother; if the child is over 16 years old, his passport is also.
- Copies of work books showing the latest jobs of parents.
- If the child allowance is issued by the guardian, then additional certificates will be required: a certificate proving that you are really a guardian; certificate that the child does not receive benefits. The latter is taken at an educational institution.
Having submitted all the necessary documents, you can count on receiving child support.
