To prepare the dough for this baking, you will need three eggs, one glass of sugar, 100 grams of butter, two tablespoons of honey, one second part of a teaspoon of soda, one tablespoon of vinegar, three or four glasses of flour.

To prepare the cream, take 800-900 grams of sour cream, one and a half glasses of sugar, one lemon.

So, combine the eggs with sugar and beat the mass with a mixer. Then melt butter and honey over low heat. Next, combine the egg mass with butter and honey and mix thoroughly.

Quench the soda with vinegar and pour it into the dough. Now gradually add the sifted flour and then knead the dough. It should be soft.

When the dough is ready, wrap it in cling film and let it stand.
Next, divide your dough into ten parts and roll it into thin cakes. If you want, you can immediately give the cake a form and bake them until a golden color is formed.

Combine the sour cream with sugar, then add a little juice squeezed from the lemon and grated lemon peel on a small grater.

At the end, layer the cooled cakes with sour cream and let the cake infuse before serving.

You will need for the test: 80-90 grams of honey, two thirds of a glass of sugar, two or three glasses of flour, three eggs, half a teaspoon of soda.

To prepare the cream, take 480 ml of 15% sour cream, 250 grams of cottage cheese, you can curd cheese, kiwi.

Beat sugar with eggs and liquid honey. Add slaked soda, add flour and knead soft plastic dough.

Divide your dough into three parts. Roll out each of the resulting parts on a table into a rectangular shape with a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Cut the layer into strips one and a half centimeters wide and spread so that they do not stick together when baking. Bake the strips in an oven preheated to 220 degrees until browned (five to six minutes).

Take out and while they are hot, trim to the required size. Do the same with the rest of the test. To prepare the cream, add the mass of cottage cheese to the yogurt, mix. Cover the cake pan with foil or foil so that the edges hang down. Put a layer of cream on the bottom of the mold, then chopped chopsticks and kiwi, then repeat the layers in this order to the top of the mold.
