French crepeville recipe

Ingredients:

  • half a liter of milk;
  • one egg;
  • sugar 50 g ;.
  • flour 200 g ;.
  • sour cream 500 g;
  • three bananas;
  • a can of canned pineapple or peaches;
  • bar of dark chocolate;
  • vanillin;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking:

For pancakes you will need milk, eggs, flour, vanillin, vegetable oil, sugar. The dough should be the consistency of liquid sour cream. Pancakes need to be baked in a preheated pan; if the dough sticks to the pan, it can be greased with a slice of raw potato with vegetable oil.

For cream: add sugar 30 g to sour cream, mix well. Fruits (bananas, pineapples or peaches) cut into rings. Lubricate the pancake with sour cream, put a layer of bananas on top, also lubricate the second pancake with cream and put another kind of fruit and so alternate all layers (about 15 pieces of pancakes).

For the test:

  • half a liter of ryazhenka;
  • flour 100 g;
  • eggs 2 pcs;
  • sugar;
  • soda;
  • salt;

For cream:

  • cottage cheese 200-500 g;
  • half a liter sour cream (as much as possible);
  • 2-3 bananas;
  • vanillin;
  • gelatin 20 g.

Bake pancakes from the resulting dough. Soak gelatin in advance and warm it well. Beat cottage cheese, sour cream, vanilla and gelatin until smooth and put into cold. Cut bananas only after all the pancakes are ready, because these fruits turn black quickly.

We form a cake: the first pancake is liberally greased with sour cream-curd mass and we put banana slices, we do the same with the subsequent layers. We smear the last pancake with cream and decorate with grated chocolate or cocoa (a matter of taste). You can add any fruit (strawberries, kiwi, mango, etc.). It turns out very tasty and beautiful.
