This group appeared on stage suddenly, as if from nowhere. The guys made music that was unlike anything, thereby creating their own style in turnips. "Black Economy" is a real phenomenon of the domestic rap scene, but the group is going through hard times, so it went back into the shadows as quickly as it appeared. In a very short period of time, 3 members left the band at once: Ovshch, Mezr and Rusik, and the long-awaited album "Black Market" never saw the light of day.
The beginning of the creative path of the Black Economy
As happens with most newly minted groups, the first album of "Economics" did not differ in high quality recordings and information, not to mention the fact that many instrumental parts were brazenly stolen. However, this did not scare away the fans, as there are more important things that the Black Economy group remembered.
The team’s discography consists of 4 albums, the last of which was released in 2013. But back to the first creation, which is called the "Hat". As if mocking the audience, the group did not puzzle over either the name or the quality of the work, but they wanted to listen to the album more and more, the songs touched the soul to the very depths, and their words were remembered with a bang.
The band members themselves and fans are still perplexed by the reason for the sudden popularity of the Black Economy group. However, the whole point is the originality of the group's creativity, the openness and sincerity of their music. Most modern benchmarks take an example from Western colleagues, diligently studying clips, movements and "chips". “Economics”, on the other hand, took a different path — the path of the heart. The guys made their music without looking at their colleagues, without imitating anyone and without adapting to anyone. The result was a fresh and sincere album that won the hearts of people.
Continuation of a brilliant career
In 2008, the group released a new album called "Dogs Bark, the Caravan Goes", which almost disappointed the fans of the group. "Black Economy" made this album much more professional than "Hat", which can be seen immediately at least on the cover of the disc.
It depicts an ordinary Moksian courtyard, of which there are thousands in the capital, which was a direct hint at the street origin of the band members and their work. On the cover they are all wearing masks and holding the flag of Moscow. This is a tribute to the deeply beloved city, the best on Earth!
What is the secret of the Black Economy?
Particular attention should be paid to the texts of the group. Fans compare them with the most intricate graffiti fonts, where the role is played not so much by the words themselves, as by color and shape. All albums of the Black Economy amaze with an emotionally strong pun, vague, but at the same time such close images, where everyone can see a piece of himself. It was courage, originality and sincerity of the texts that served as the key to the recognition of the collective.
The group released their third album in a slightly modified composition. Rusik left the economy, but he retained a warm relationship with the guys and still throws them cons. Ovs went to the army, but soon returned to the group. "Black Economy" in no way ceases to exist, on the contrary, the guys are determined to continue to write the very original rap, for which they are so loved by fans.
