Gradebook and basic rules for filling it

The record book accompanies students throughout the educational process. This is the student’s real document, in which he marks the passage of the training program.

Here are the basic rules for filling it out:

  1. Each record book must have a registration number. The personnel department of the educational institution assigns the student an identification code that exactly matches the registration code.
  2. The first sheet of such a document is filled in with a black or blue pen. This page contains individual information: first name, middle name and last name of the student, date of issue, faculty and specialty, book number. By the way, first name, middle name and last name should also be spelled out on all sheets.
  3. The record books must contain the signature of the rector in the column specially designated for this purpose.
  4. The next person who must also sign the document is the head of the department.
  5. Under the photo of the owner must be present his signature.
  6. Each of the above signatures must have the seal of the educational institution.
  7. The “Translated” field is required if a student is enrolled from another educational institution. If the young man is just starting to study at a university, then the field "Received" is filled out, indicating the year of admission and the course of admission.
  8. If an erroneous entry appears, you must make corrections with the pen, crossing out the wrong information. After correction, the new data must be certified by the signature of the head of the department for organizing the training process.
  9. As a rule, the test book is not issued to the student. The department of organization of the learning process is responsible for its safety. Upon request, a student may be provided with a copy within five business days.
  10. If this document is nevertheless stored by the student, then the presence of a cover on the gradebook will be useful.

Record book

Keeping score:

  1. The record book is filled in by one of the staff of the training unit.
  2. After the end of the first and third semesters, information is entered on the passage of student training courses.
  3. The authenticity and reliability of the information on passing the final test or exam is certified by the signature of the teacher or head of the department who has taken it.
  4. Gradebooks
    In the offset in accordance with the curricula - administrative and licensed - are entered:
  • marks on the results of exams and information on the courses of lectures that students attended in the section "Theoretical course" of the required semester;
  • marks on the results of passing tests and information on the corresponding course in the section "Practical exercises" of the required semester;
  • information on practical training and the results of protecting the report on this process in the "Training and production practice" section;
  • marks on the results of the defense of term papers / projects in the section "Term papers / projects";
  • marks on the results of passing the last certification exams in the section "Final certification exams";
  • marking the results of the final qualifying work / project for the studied specialty / area in the section "Final qualifying work / project".
