Fry the fillet, cut into cubes and cool. Tomatoes and cucumbers are cut into large pieces, onions are cut into half rings, pepper is cut into strips, olives are cut in half. All products are mixed, add feta cheese, seasoned with butter and sprinkled with oregano.
If there is absolutely no time, you can cook inexpensive salads in a hurry.
1. Onion salad.
Ingredients: four onions, two eggs, salt and mayonnaise.
The onions are peeled and cut into thin rings, scalded with boiling water so that it loses bitterness. Hard boiled eggs, peeled and cut into slices, mixed with onions, add mayonnaise, salt and mix well.
2. Potato salad.
Ingredients: half a kilogram of boiled potatoes, fifty grams of green onion, dill and parsley, fifty grams of oil and vinegar.
Potatoes are cut into strips, salt and pepper, watered with vinegar and oil. Sprinkle with dill, green onions and parsley.
Such inexpensive salads that can be served in the second courses will please not only the hostess, but also her guests. And although they use fairly simple ingredients that can always be found in the refrigerator, the taste qualities only benefit from this.
