To prepare this delicacy, you will need the following set of products: for the preparation of shortcrust pastry we take everything as standard - this is 1 egg, 250 grams of flour, 150 grams of sugar, 150 grams of butter, one egg yolk, and icing sugar will be needed for filling and decorating the cake, 0.5 kilograms of pitted cherries, vanillin, 5 egg whites.
After all these products have arrived directly in your kitchen, you can start cooking. The cherry pie is made in this way: first you need to knead the dough.
