The rock group "Nastya" appeared back in Soviet times, in the 86th year of the last century. Yekaterinburg became the city from which the creative life of the collective began. Singer Nastya Poleva initially performed as a good friend of the Nautilus Pompilius band during their concerts, and after a while she began to write her own compositions and invited musicians.
Biography
The group "Nastya", like "Nautilus Pompilius" and "Urfin Djus", is the first shock wave of Ural rock. All participants hung out in one team and gave joint performances, but over time they turned into three completely independent teams.
In the year of Nastya’s birth, the world presented their first brainchild called Tatsu. Its content was like a tropical fruit - exotic, tasty and unprecedented hitherto. The color of the East was clearly felt in the album, which sounded very interesting and unusual for the citizens of the socialist republic. The texts were written by Anastasia Poleva herself and other musicians - Zhenya and Ilya Kormiltsev.
Debriefing
The debut album of the group “Nastya” was in demand, and if there were popularity ratings at that time, “Tatsu” would have skyrocketed to the very top. According to media reports, Anastasia Poleva was “Soviet Kate Bush,” but the subsequent performance at the Podolsk festival was not received by the audience with the expected excitement.
In 88, the squad underwent powerful metamorphoses, and of the old comrades in it, except for Anastasia, only Yegor Belkin remained. A year later, the first tour of the expanses of the USSR took place, where the music of the group "Nastya" was perceived "with a bang."
Soon the team lit up on a blue screen, and from the radios the voice of Anastasia Poleva often began to be heard. And this meant that it was necessary to make even more efforts to stay at the achieved height.
Window to Europe
In March 89th, a new album of the Urals began, called "Noah-Noah." Almost all of the lyrics for these songs by Nastya were written by Ilya Kormiltsev. A few months later, one significant event happened - the guys performed on the same stage with “Chayfy”, proving to everyone that they deserve it. And in the 90th the team went to conquer Holland and Germany.
In 1993, the group "Nastya" firmly settled in St. Petersburg, where she continued her fruitful activity, but without the previous members.
About the leader
Since the name of the team is associated with the name of this talented woman, her biography should be given special attention. Her date of birth (as well as her place) is a controversial issue, as different sources indicate completely different information. One of them is December 1 of the 58th, and the other indicates 61 years. Place of birth - the city of Pervouralsk (although, possibly, Sverdlovsk).
Nastya was a very ordinary girl and after school she went to the Sverdlovsk Faculty of Architecture for higher education. It was there that she met with rock music and began to participate in amateur performances along with her fellow students. In the end, Anastasia learned to create her own songs and made friends in the face of famous rock musicians from the Urals.
The first experience - the group "Track"
In the 80s, Nastya Poleva put together her first gang, which very successfully performed not only in Sverdlovsk, but also abroad. The guys even visited Moscow with a concert, which was a very bold decision.
However, after that, simple cassettes with their recordings were distributed throughout the USSR in a rather short time. Everything would be fine, but the journalists from the then Komsomolskaya Pravda saw in the songs of the Track a certain criminal subtext and denigrated the group.
That's just such an advertisement led to the exact opposite effect. And the team began to dominate in their native Sverdlovsk rock club. But in the 83rd group "Track" fell apart, and Nastya Poleva inactive for some time.
Friendship with the Nautilus
After a three-year break, the singer appeared at the Sverdlovsk Regional Rock Festival with songs written by Ilya Kormiltsev, who also worked on the texts of Nautilus Pompilius and Urfin Djus. The musicians of the aforementioned groups, such as:
- Alexey Mogilevsky ;
- Dmitry Umetsky;
- Egor Belkin;
- Alexander Pantykin.
The music of the group "Nastya" with the participation of these talented guys died off at the rock festival "as it should", but they did not want to leave their own teams, so Poleva had to look for other musicians for herself.
Nastya in St. Petersburg
Poleva did not want to stay in her native Yekaterinburg, because in Moscow or St. Petersburg she, as a creative person, had much more prospects. Therefore, after the implementation of the album "Bride" in '93, the singer went to the city of White Nights.
Two years after the move, Nastya released vinyl with cover versions called “Tiptoe Dance”, followed by a creative pause. In 97, the album “Sea of Siam” was released, which was recorded in a duet with Belkin. He very quickly won the love of a wide audience and the favor of critics. The album to this day is among the best works of blacksmiths of intellectual rock of our vast country.
About personal
Nastya and Egor are not only creative colleagues, but also a happy married couple. When the musicians moved to St. Petersburg, they decided to connect by marriage. Despite the fact that they have been together for a long time, God did not reward children with this union.
New creativity
Belkin wrote and mixed all subsequent albums himself:

- “Through Fingers” - 2004;
- "Bridges over the Neva" -2008.
The words of the lyrics belong to Nastya, and the music belongs to Yegor. In addition, the husband chose for himself a difficult fate for the producer, because promoting your group yourself is doubly pleasant. Recently, Nastya was seen in joint projects with the Bi-2 group.
