Ingredients:

  • semolina - 450 grams;
  • wheat flour - 125 grams;
  • pitted dates - 175 grams;
  • dried apricots - 100 grams;
  • margarine - 125 grams;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • baking powder.

Cooking method:

  1. Pour dates with water and boil for 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix semolina, pre-sifted flour, baking powder and margarine melted in the microwave.
  3. We break the egg into a glass and beat with a whisk until a high foam is formed.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the dough and mix well.
