First, peel the garlic and sell it through a special press. Mix with croutons in a separate bowl, so that the croutons absorb the aroma of garlic.

Make a salad

First of all, prepare bread croutons. We cut it into small cubes and, placing it in a bowl, pour it with a spoon of vegetable oil. This should be done not in one go - we achieve uniform impregnation of bread cubes. Sprinkle them with herbs and salt.

The pan is heated and greased with vegetable oil. On a small fire, gently fry croutons to the desired brownness.

Now back to making the salad. Cut smoked or boiled chicken flesh.

We wash the tomatoes and remove the place of the stalk. We cut the vegetables arbitrarily.

  • 1 onion;
  • champignons - 300-400 grams;
  • tomatoes - optional;
  • vegetable oil - for frying;
  • mayonnaise, salt and pepper - to taste.

How to cook

Peel the onion and garlic. We chop the onion into cubes. Squeeze the garlic through the press.

Drain the liquid from the champignon. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil. Fry mushrooms and onions for 15 minutes. Stir the mushrooms periodically during the heat treatment.

Dice the cucumbers. If using tomatoes, cut them like cucumbers.

We need a roomy salad bowl. We send tomatoes, cucumbers, fried and cooled champignons to it. We open jars of corn and beans. We remove the liquid, and pour the grains into a salad bowl.
