As for driver comfort, engineers paid great attention to the development of ergonomic seats with pronounced lateral support, as well as the convenient location of the gear knob and steering wheel, which, by the way, is made of expensive leather. It is also worth noting the presence of an informative dashboard, as well as stylish metal pads on the brake and gas pedals .
Specifications
Despite the fact that the company paid much attention to the development of the entire design of the machine (and spent a lot of money on it), the Hyundai Veloster is equipped with only one single engine. This is a four-cylinder gasoline engine with a capacity of 132 horsepower and a displacement of 1.6 liters. True, according to the developers themselves, soon this line will be replenished with another gasoline engine with a capacity of 208 “horses” and a working volume of 2.0 liters. But, unfortunately, it will not be supplied to the Russian market. As for transmissions, the future buyer can choose one of two gearboxes - a 6-speed “mechanics” or a 6-band “automatic”. In terms of fuel consumption, the new Hyundai Veloster is a fairly economical car - in the combined cycle, it consumes about 6 liters per 100 kilometers.
