Canned pineapples are a universal product, as they can be used not only in desserts, but also in salads, and even in hot dishes. Many may think that combining this fruit, meat and mayonnaise is simply impossible. In fact, a similar pineapple salad turns out to be very tasty and satisfying. You can experiment with products and get new and unusual dishes.
Option number 1
For this salad you need to take the following ingredients: half a kilogram of chicken (any part, for example, fillet, breast or chicken legs), you will also need a jar of pineapple and corn, 3 eggs, about 120 g of cheese and mayonnaise for dressing.
Cooking process
Interestingly, this salad can be laid out in layers or just mix all the ingredients. Consider the first option.
- The selected part of the chicken needs to be boiled, cut into small cubes and put on the bottom of the salad bowl. The top layer is smeared with mayonnaise.
- Drain the liquid from the corn, put the chicken on top and grease it with mayonnaise again.
- If you bought pineapples in rings, then you need to cut them into slices, and if you bought them already chopped, immediately lay them out with the next layer. Lubricate with mayonnaise again.
- The next layer is boiled eggs crushed on a large grater and again mayonnaise.
- Then comes the cheese grated on a large grater, and again we lubricate it with mayonnaise. To prevent pineapple salad from being fat, use a little mayonnaise and buy an easy option.
- Connect your imagination to decorate. For example, you can lay out a few whole rings, corn and greens. Put the finished dish in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that the salad is saturated.
Option number 2
This pineapple salad with cheese is very tender and light. It prepares simply and quickly. For this dish you need to take the following ingredients: a jar of canned pineapple and champignon. In addition, you will need 3 chicken breasts, about 150 grams of cheese, herbs and mayonnaise. If you do not use this dressing, then replace it with sour cream.

This salad can be served in completely different ways, we suggest doing it in portioned bowls.
- In this embodiment, the chicken is not boiled, but cooked in the oven. To do this, pre-salt and pepper the breasts, and then send them to the oven for 35 minutes, which must be heated to 180 degrees.
- All ingredients must be finely chopped. They are laid out in the following order: mushrooms, pineapple, chicken, pineapple, mushrooms, herbs, a little mayonnaise, and cheese chopped on a fine grater on top.
Option number 3
Salad of crab and pineapple is present on the festive table of many families. To prepare this dish, you need to take such products: a large jar of pineapples, 4 eggs, about 120 g of cheese, the same amount of crab sticks, lettuce, greens and mayonnaise.
Cooking process
- Cheese, crab sticks and boiled eggs should be cut into medium-sized cubes. Chop dill finely. We mix all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise. If you want to add piquancy, then use a clove of garlic.
- The salad is laid out unusually. Put pineapple rings on a flat dish, lettuce leaves on them , and then other ingredients. Top with a little ground black pepper.
Option number 4
Pineapple salad, the recipe of which we will now consider, turns out to be very fresh and tasty. Such a dish will certainly appeal to many. For this option, take the following ingredients: fresh pineapple, 320 g peeled shrimp. For refueling you need: 2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon and the same amount of orange juice, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil, literally a drop of honey, herbs, salt and pepper.
Cooking process
- Pineapple should be cut in half and use a sharp knife or spoon to remove the middle. It is important that the walls remain intact, as this will be our "plate".
- Pineapple pulp should be cut into cubes. The main thing is to remove the hard core before this.
- Pure shrimp must be salted and then fried in olive oil for two minutes on each side.
- Now prepare the dressing separately. To do this, mix orange and lemon juice, honey, sugar, chopped herbs, a little olive oil, salt and pepper. The sauce must be thoroughly mixed until smooth.
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp and pineapple, add the dressing and mix. Then put in half a pineapple. This pineapple salad can also be served with regular mayonnaise.
Option number 5
This pineapple salad is similar to the previous version, but cooking it is a little more difficult. For this dish you need to take the following ingredients: fresh pineapple, 25 king prawns, small bell peppers, avocado, leeks and arugula. For refueling you need: 3 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice, 100 ml of olive oil, 3 teaspoons of grain mustard and the same amount of grated ginger, salt and pepper.
Cooking process
- As in the previous version, you need to cut and peel the pineapple.
- Dice fruits and vegetables, and onions in half rings.
- Shrimps need to be boiled, it will take you about 4 minutes.
- In the jar, mix the ingredients for the dressing, close the lid and shake several times. Season salad with cooked sauce.
- Put the arugula at the bottom of the pineapple and lettuce on top.
