Device

Operating principle

Transition system, GDS
When the driver presses the accelerator, the throttle opens slightly. At the same time, the GDS is not yet fully operational, and the idle system is still working.
If you sharply press the gas, the accelerator pump will start. He injects a portion of gasoline through his nozzle directly into the manifold. The pump is designed to eliminate failures when starting and accelerating the car.
A further increase in speed entails an increase in rarefaction. The force begins to retract the membrane, and it opens the thrust of the secondary chamber. The diffuser and nozzles of the second chamber come into operation.
So that when the second chamber is fully open there are no failures, the DAAZ-2105 1107010 carburetor is equipped with a transition system. It is designed similarly to the idle system. But the hole for supplying the combustible mixture is higher than the closed throttle of the second chamber.
Typical malfunctions

What you need to prepare
To adjust the carburetor, you will need a tool. These are screwdrivers with a narrow and wide slot, a key for 10, a key for 8, as well as narrow pliers.
Damper
The primary adjustment is to adjust the cable on the trigger and adjust the thrust of the accelerator pedal. It is easy to adjust the draft - the plastic tip is set approximately opposite the hinge, twisting it along the thread. To fix, tighten the nut 10 mm.
The choke actuator cable is configured as follows. The choke lever in the passenger compartment is pushed all the way, and the choke must be fully open. The cable is threaded into the eyes, and the end is inserted into the corresponding hole in the latch. Holding the lock, tighten the bolt with a key. When pulling and retracting the suction, you need to make sure that the damper fully opens and closes.
Next, they check how the throttle of the second chamber opens. The membrane and thrust must be in such a state that their stroke is sufficient to fully open the damper. If the stroke is not enough, then unscrew the nut, which is on the rod, and adjust the length.
Idling
Adjustment of the carburetor DAAZ-2105 1107010 is as follows. The toxicity screw of the mixture must be unscrewed by approximately 3.5 turns. The number screw is unscrewed by 7 turns. Using the starting device, the power unit is started. If the speed is high, they can be reduced by tightening the number screw. The motor must be warmed up.
Next, the suction is completely removed and approximately 900 revolutions are adjusted using a screw. Then rotate the quality screw. They twist it and achieve the highest speed. Need to find the position at which the speed will be maximum. This is the correct position. With this position of the screw, the fuel burns as efficiently as possible and the idle is even. Many recommend setting the idle speed of the DAAZ-2105-20 carburetor by candlelight. When the engine is idling with any quality mixture, the candles will be black, so this method should not be trusted.
