In 1930, the history of the Stavropol Agrarian University began. The educational institution was created on the basis of the faculty of the reorganized Moscow university and was called the institute of sheep breeding. 2 years after the foundation, the educational organization was transferred to the North Caucasus. Applicants, upon admission to the Agrarian University of Stavropol, are offered 2 forms of study - full-time and part-time. On the first of them, students visit a university every day and listen to lectures. The correspondence department allows you to work and combine studies. Lessons at the university are less, because this form of training involves independent study of the material.
Upon admission to full-time or correspondence courses, it is worth checking the availability of places. For example, in the direction “Veterinary Sanitary Expertise” in 2017, 20 free full-time places were allocated. In the correspondence department, there is no opportunity to receive a free education in this specialty. Paid training in this area is not planned either in full-time or in absentia.
