The next step is to lay the tomato paste. The required amount is combined with the processed dry mixture and water is added. Then everything is mixed until a homogeneous consistency. Now you need to separately mix 10% acetic acid solution, flavors and spices. The next step is to add syrup to the sauce, which is made from sugar and sweeteners.
After all the ingredients are added and mixed, the mixture goes through the stage of purification from fibers and excess solid particles. Then comes the turn of pasteurization - heat treatment, which is carried out at a temperature of more than 100 degrees. On this production of sauce is almost finished.
The last stage is the filling of the Sloboda ketchup in a container at a temperature of 80 degrees or more. If the container is not intended for hot liquids, the mixture cools to 35 degrees.
