Salad "Viola": composition and features of preparation

Viola salad is an interesting, rather nutritious and piquant snack. The originality of the treat is also due to its unusual appearance. The dish looks beautiful and attractive. There are several options. They will be discussed in the sections of this article.

The following foods are needed to make this appetizer:

  • 100 g of walnut kernels;
  • onion head;
  • 3 eggs;
  • vegetable oil;
  • 300 g raw champignons;

  2. The next layer consists of kernels of nuts. They need to be crushed in advance.
