Registration of a new car is carried out within the limits established by the governing body of the State traffic inspectorate. The maximum duration of the registration process, given the issuance of registration marks and documents, cannot exceed 3 hours from the date of receipt of the application. The exceptions are cases requiring additional verification, and the duration of the consideration thereof can go up to thirty days.
